Noibu helps eCommerce leaders detect and resolve critical errors on their online store. Why is this a big deal? Because over 90% of website errors are never reported by customers! That means lost revenue and - we’ve all been here - a less-than-stellar customer experience. Customers already include brands like The Honest Company, Champion, Guess, and more, and they were recently named one of Ottawa’s fastest-growing companies!
Our partnership origin story?
When Sanja Mitar, a Talent Acquisition leader we previously partnered with at Smile, started her new role as Talent Acquisition Lead at Noibu, she brought us with her. We love a full-circle moment!
Sanja introduced us to Rob Boukine, Co-founder & CEO, and Filip Slatinac, Co-founder & CTO and we knew right away we’d mesh well with this team. Their approach to work is similar to ours at Artemis: get things done and have fun doing it, all with a sense of humour, lots of curiosity and a people-first approach.
What we’re working on
We’re partnering with the Noibu team on a VP Finance search. This leader will join the Senior Leadership Team, report to Rob (Co-founder & CEO), and play a pivotal role in helping Noibu grow responsibly, intentionally and ambitiously. We love these roles because they fall right in our sweet spot: placing the very first leaders across the org chart on a senior leadership team!
This will be a high-impact VP Finance role. You’ll own everything from financial strategy to FP&A, to building & leading a team, to board relations, reporting and forecasting, and you’ll play a key role in fundraising alongside Rob!
