Background: They came up through full stack Eng/DevOps and have now transitioned into people leadership. They want to continue to move towards more Pure People leadership and away from IC Dev work. They have found a true passion for people (and are currently doing a psych degree)
Looking for: Fully remote. An Eng leadership role in an org where she can focus on enabling people vs having to have IC responsibilities as well. They want to work for an org with a tech for good flavor and is domain agnostic (other than security). They own an ecommerce store as well and are interested in e-commerce!
