How Will I Make An Impact?

 

As the VP Product, you will report to and work directly with the COO, and lead a small team of 3 product managers (and growing!). You’ll be a key member of the executive leadership team, working alongside DarwinAI’s founders and leadership team to shape and refine their vision and strategy.

 

You’ll take ownership of an award-winning platform that accelerates deep learning in the enterprise using Explainable AI (XAI). You’ll operate at the cutting-edge of the AI landscape to craft the future of AI development for dynamic, large-scale manufacturing organizations. And you’ll set your sights on other verticals as well!

With the support of world-class researchers and talented engineers, you’ll spearhead the roadmap definition and product direction in a fluid and fast-moving market. You’ll unearth the nuances of deep learning developer end-user journeys and the needs of B2B buyers to elevate their core product as the defacto standard in its class.

Our Ideal  Candidate Looks Like:

• You’re an experienced Product Manager, with startup experience (ideally enterprise B2B).

• You’ve fully owned a product and the responsibilities of that ownership (consensus-building, decision-making, collaboration, and more!).

• You love feedback, and you’re skilled at harmonizing that feedback from customers, stakeholders and teammates.  

• You view and treat users with empathy, and you get laser-focused to determine what they want and ultimately need. 

• You identify as analytical and data-driven - you support your decisions with data, you’re comfortable with A/B testing tools, analytical tools, and other front-end tools. 

• Domain experience in AI/ML or leading product roadmaps in manufacturing, quality assurance or visual inspection is a plus.

 

Nice to have (but not necessary):

• Familiarity with academia and/or experience working with academics

• UX design background or experience
