How You’ll Make An Impact?

As the UX/UI Designer & Front-end Dev you will be the only designated Design resource on the VersaPay team and will get to have a big impact on the future of the VersaPay platform. As the UX/UI Designer & Front-end Dev you will report into the VP, Architecture & VP, Product (dotted line) and will get to:
 

  • Work closely with the product team to understand use-cases and user flow and incorporate the feedback into UX/UI design decisions 

  • Lead client-facing conversations to understand customer use cases

  • Work closely with other Front-end Developers on the VersaPay team) to execute the design decisions (some hand-on coding)

  • Build your design skills - as the product grows and morphs, the design decisions and challenges will also grow in complexity

  • Act as a liaison between product leadership and engineering resources

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

 

You have:

  • Experience with UI/UX design in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience working in an agile fast-paced environment

  • Experience with user research and user testing- passionate about the user experience

  • Experience working with VersaPay’s front-end tech stack: React, CSS, LESS, SASS, Javascript, HTML

  • Fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a team and also work independently

  • An understanding of Accounts Receivable processes/payment processing technologies a plus
