• You will produce TRU LUV'S collective care platform for social good and human development to replace current generation social media

• You will mentor and grow a small team of inclusive, collaborative Benefit Leads while working closely with their C-Suite

• You'll optimize for benefit, not compulsive use - leaving room for reflection and purposeful direction

• You will analyze data and turn it into action - implementing audience feedback in meaningful ways

• You will oversee production at all levels and provide meaningful updates and reporting to the C suite

• You'll incorporate principles of positive psychology, adult developmental psychology, social neuroscience, spiritual wisdom and lived experience

• You will produce TRU LUV's processes and features through this next phase of growth and scale

• You are an expert in complex, interactive B2C environments such as multiplayer games or social networks

• You have mentored and grown production teams

• You have experience with meditation, somatics or transformational coaching
   

The Process:

As your Artemis Canada Recruitment Consultant, I’ll work closely with you through every step of the process.

 

TRU LUV is hyper-focused on delivering a positive candidate experience. The general hiring process looks like the following:

 

• Chat with TRU LUV's CEO and COO (Brie & Linn)

• Opportunity to experience a generative ritual (one of the rituals run regularly with the TRU LUV team)

• A panel interview with Directors and Benefit Leads

• An asynchronous bidirectional Q&A with all of TRU LUV's team

• A final panel interview with select Advisors
