How Will I Make An Impact?
As Product Manager, Banking, you’ll be working on our core banking product. You’ll get to build solutions for important problems facing small business owners across the country, shape our product roadmap and help build a category defining FinTech product.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me? What Are We Looking For?

Experience in FinTech or financial services

Taken a digital product from 0 to 1 or worked on a major refactor of a digital product
-
Experience working as an Software Engineer with ReactJS and/or RESTful APIs
-
UI/UX design experience

You come from a family of small business owners
-
You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You’ve lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself
The Process:

30 min call with the COO
-
Case challenge - 1 week take home - 1 hour of time

30 min whiteboarding session that builds on the case study

Final call with COO + product leader + key execs
