How Will I Make An Impact?

​​

You will develop intuitive, attractive, and usable interfaces that will be used across the globe. You’ll extend existing web applications for current IoT products as well as addressing customer use cases in existing markets and designing new features. You’re comfortable working closely with UX Designers, product managers, and customers to understand how the product could be more effective and then putting those insights into action.

 

You’re great at spotting opportunities for system improvements and can identify ways to enhance the operation of the entire end-to-end system.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

• You're an experienced Web UI developer with a passion for customer success.

• You're passionate, have entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You like to make decisions quickly and appreciate when other do the same.

• Enlighted works on complex, scalable systems so it would be great if you’ve also worked on multi-tiered architectures that are delivered to customers. 

• You have a solid understanding of web service development and have created user interfaces spanning mobile and web.

• You’ve also worked on a cloud-based solution for at least 2 years.

 

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

• You have 7+ years of experience envisioning, specifying, and shipping hardware.

• You insist on making data driven decisions and drive your team to invest in data to inform future decisions.

• You operate at warp speed, and can drive the pace of the company to its limits.

• You are a master storyteller. You can craft an amazing storyboard that turns into a compelling narrative, and subsequent sales pitch. You know how to match the message to your audience.

• You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth. You can also present the data to a C-Level person or an engineer.

• You are a chess-master with strategy, and are always three steps ahead of the competition.

• No detail is too small, you are hands-on when needed, and you have a relentless drive to fit all of the small details into the big picture.

• Bachelor of Science degree. MS or PhD a plus.

• Experience with the built environment, IoT, electrical engineering, and/or lighting is a big plus.
