How Will I Make An Impact?


GhostRetail is reimagining how e-Commerce works, and they have strong early traction and proven product-market fit in bringing in big logos. They’re ahead of the curve in a multibillion-dollar market, and your role is critical in helping to lead them through this next transformational period of growth as they build out their GTM process.  


Reporting to the COO/Co-Founder and partnering with a renowned Enterprise SaaS Fractional CRO, you will take on all things sales, which includes building the strategy for a repeatable sales process, recruiting and building the team and selling hands-on as a player/coach. 


As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for creating the sales playbook that will enable GhostRetail to scale from 0-1, and then 1-10 and beyond. As a key member of the executive team, leaders will look to you for best practices and key decisions necessary to build a rapidly scaling and successful sales organization.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You have experience implementing and scaling a cutting-edge sales operation from the early stages through to the ~$50M revenue growth stage.

  • You can be a player/coach and provide hands-on help in supporting and closing large enterprise customers. 

  • You are looking to contribute at an executive level, responsible for the sales strategy and revenue targets. 

  • You can execute and report across all sales performance metrics. 

  • You have experience participating in all steps of the recruiting process to build a high-performing and motivated sales team.

  • You’re a player-coach, eager to mentor, develop, and guide your growing sales team to enable them to grow and do their best work.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Experience in a senior leadership role in a scale-up environment (ideally you’ve seen both the $1-$10M and $10-$50M revenue growth stages).

  • You have B2B (or B2B2C) Enterprise SaaS experience.

  • You’re an inspiring leader and coach - you have recruited and mentored a high-performing team of BDRs and AEs. 

  • You’ve demonstrated success in building out a revenue engine from scratch; you can build processes while selling without them.

  • You can guide a team on best practices with a ‘land and expand’ acquisition approach.

  • You’re analytical and data-driven, constantly looking for ways to optimize the funnel. 

  • You’re passionate about revolutionizing this industry.

  • You identify as low ego but ambitious, collaborative, open and honest.

  • Comfort and experience working in a distributed team environment (as a result, the location is flexible for this role).

  • Nice to have: industry experience in the Omnichannel space with experience selling eCommerce or Retail technologies.
