How Will I Make An Impact?

 

The Head of Enterprise is responsible for a new business unit, owning the development and execution of its strategy, identifying and engaging partners, and owning the full P&L. This role provides the opportunity to meaningfully shape the direction of the business unit and its contribution to the overall business, and is foundational in helping the Enterprise partners bring innovative solutions to market to better serve their customers.

 

As the Head of Enterprise you will:

  • Refine the Enterprise strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision based on ongoing learnings as the business continues to scale

  • Set the Enterprise top-level goals and budget on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Lead a team of cross-functional members from tech to project management

  • Own the successful build and launch of new banking programs 

  • Be part of the Leadership Team and represent the Enterprise business unit

  • Bring in new Enterprise partnerships through business development efforts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and finalization

  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with Enterprise partners

  • Translate business requirements to technical teams, and vice versa, to ensure alignment on implementation plans

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

 

You:

  • Have managed a team and have been involved from hiring to performance management

  • Excel in business development, in particular, B2B or Enterprise SaaS

  • Are a Fintech, banking, or payments fanatic and are familiar with industry trends, dynamics, fund flows, and technologies

  • Are strong in translating business requirements to technical teams and vice versa

  • Enjoy the operations side and have been responsible for the delivery and execution of projects and initiatives

  • Are an exceptional communicator, both internally and externally and to a wide range of stakeholders of varying seniority levels in an organization

  • Have managed client relationships, ideally at a senior executive level, either internally and/or externally

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and thrive when the path forward is not clear and a playbook does not yet exist

The Process:

​

  1. Connect with internal Talent team

  2. High-level conversation with the CFO

  3. Walk through a real-time scenario/problem with the CFO

  4. Learn more about the culture with their VP People & Culture and CTO

  5. Final conversations as needed
