How Will I Make An Impact?

As the first Head of Design at CapIntel, you will join the Executive Leadership Team and report to the CEO. You will use your creative influence and hands-on leadership to encourage decision-making, grow and mentor the existing team of three skilled designers while also scaling the design function with exciting new hires and significant investment in the team. You will lead both platform and omnichannel design efforts to further enable astonishing experiences for users - making wealth planning & decision-making more accessible and intuitive to all.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me? What Are We Looking For?

First and foremost, you have a beautiful eye for design, with a portfolio to match, as this role will help create and sustain a high standard for UI
You’ve scaled and grown diverse design teams in the past
You practice extreme ownership when it comes to teamwork, empowered decision-making, asking questions, and having solid processes - these will all be ingredients to your success
You’re always adding value - you are laser-focused on designing products that people truly care about
You are a visionary when it comes to design, thinking outside the box and being at the forefront of innovative new approaches
