As a Group Product Manager, you’ll lead our product strategy and execution to deepen our customer engagement. You’ll work with a dedicated pod team of Product Managers, UX Designers and Researchers, Data Analysts and Developers using Agile methods. Reporting to our COO, you’ll also benefit from our incredible advisors and experienced management team, who have helped create and scale companies like Square, McKinsey, Google, Frank and Oak, Strava, Instacart, Prodigy, Oportun, eBay and more.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

 

Today you might be a Group Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Director of Product, or the equivalent in your company...or something that we haven’t heard of yet - we keep an open mind. 

• Driving Results: You’ll be the owner of a cross-functional roadmap focused on deepening Account Engagement in our customer base and measuring the impact of each initiative. 

• Designing Process: You’ll work with stakeholders to create product processes that ensure our team builds as efficiently as possible. 

• Coaching & Mentorship: You’ll be managing a high-performing product team to help them grow as product leaders.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

​

• You’re passionate about building teams and culture. You’re collaborative, egoless, and someone who can inspire a team to do their best work.

• You love owning a product’s life cycle through multiple iterations and managing and delivering on key business metrics.

• You know how to develop a product vision and roadmap in collaboration with other leaders.

• You’re product-minded, strategic, and care deeply about customer feedback.

• You geek out over product management principles, frameworks, and product best practices.

• You’re an expert at partnering with designers/researchers and other cross-functional teams to deliver world-class product experiences that drive value for the customer.

• You love diving into API specs and can write user stories in your sleep.

• You have experience working on an Agile scrum team with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc).

• You have experience building out products at scale in a SaaS, Payments, or FinTech environment.

• You’re a technical product leader and have basic (or better) experience with modern software development frameworks (JS, Python, etc.) and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc). 

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you may have taken a stab at founding your own company or startup.

• You’re still a mentor for people you’ve helped grow, or products you’ve helped build.

The Process:

​

• Meeting with the Talent Lead - video call to dive into culture, scope of the role, team + growth plans

• Meeting with the Group PM - dive deeper into the role, understand challenges, long term vision and day to day activities

• Meeting with the COO/Co-founder - to talk through the strategic roadmap and vision

• Meeting with the Founder & CEO
