In every leadership search we make an intentional effort to connect with and introduce a diverse mix of candidates. We’d like to introduce you to some of the incredible candidates who we’ve been working with as they look to navigate the next step in their career.


Here are a handful of candidates who we have met recently who are confidentially looking for their next move. Each has given us their permission to be featured on this list. Pop us a message to learn more.



Title: VP People/CPO - Active

Location: Ottawa / Open to Remote

Diversity: Female-Identifying

Background: Has a great breadth of experience with a focus on scale-ups; has grown organizations from ~50-100 and 100-500. Has come in as the first HR leader and done a lot of building and is still hands-on. Business-focused leader who is passionate about people strategies. Strong in strategic HR/People pillars in terms of total rewards, culture, leadership development & has built an award-winning employer brand.

Looking for: A strategic VP People/CPO role. Wants to work with really leaders and have an exciting growth opportunity with great traction.

Title: VP Marketing

Location: Canada

Diversity: POC

Background: B2B and B2C Marketing leader with experience in customer acquisition, retention, expansion, brand awareness, positioning, and lead gen. Data driven, has experience setting in place processes and systems and building out teams for scale. Has been part of companies that have a B2B2C marketing journey.

Looking for: VP/Head of Marketing, open to series A so she can take her experience and expertise to that stage, scrappy startup, hands on + strategic, really cares about people management. It’s important for her to work on a product she believes in and a team she trusts.

Title: Head/VP Engineering - Active

Location: KW

Diversity: POC

Background: Currently with a fintech company with seed funding. He can lead a team and build the full product from architecting, backend and frontend engineering. Current CEO, has deeper finance experience vs tec. He would like to work with someone who is able to understand the tech.

Looking for: Looking for a small startup or early stage company. Interested in equity. He is very interested in med tech.

Title: VP Product - Active

Location: Oakville

Diversity: POC

Background: Global technical and strategic business leadership at GET Group. Built their R&D dept from scratch, hired the team that worked on innovative smart cities products. Built the product development and product management teams within that dept.

Looking for: Domain areas: smart cities, security products, identity management. Recently moved from Dubai to Canada - has PR and is looking for his first role in Canada. VP level or Director depending on strategic scope. GET group was a larger company, but his business unit was 110 people, so he's comfortable in a start-up/scale-up environment.

Title: Senior Manager or Director Customer Success - Active

Location: GTA Diversity: POC

Background: He started his career in tech sales (~7 years) before transitioning to customer success. He now has ~3 years of management experience in Customer Success, specializing in marketplace solutions. He has experience as an early CS hire at a startup, where he built a team from scratch to ~10 people and established process and structure.

Looking for: An opportunity to expand his scope of responsibilities in a Director capacity at an organization where there is lots of room for growth. He’s seeking autonomy and influence, but also mentorship; he’s eager to learn from a strong leader.

Title: Director of Marketing

Location: GTA

Background: Strong B2C Marketing lead. Experienced in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid acquisition, event marketing, brand awareness, developing partnerships, website management, Microsoft Visio and CRM.

Has experience leading a team and being that player coach. Has built from the ground up at a company that has since been acquired.

Looking for: Looking for a Director level role with a growth stage company.

Title: Sr Sales Director / Head of Director

Diversity: POC

Location: GTA

Background: Has experience coming in at that series A stage, figuring the GTM strategy and building out those systems and processes. Leads AE's, AM's and BDR's

Has a really strong global background from growth stage companies in India and Canada - e-commerce, adtech.

Looking for: Looking for a role with early stage company with a strong mission where he can make an impact

Title: Manager/Sr Manager/maybe Director Customer Success

Location: GTA

Diversity: Female-Identifying

Background: She’s a customer success leader with experience in B2B (enterprise + SMB) and B2C. She joined a small, 20 person company where she hired and onboarded a team, developed the customer journey, helped build out best practices, documentation and process, and identified opportunities to automate and scale CS efforts. She manages a book of business while also owning everything from customer kick-off to renewal.

Looking for: She loves to build and she’s eager for a new challenge. She’s looking for a culture that fosters autonomy and openness to feedback and new solutions.

Title: Director/VP Marketing

Location: KW Region

Diversity: Female-Identifying

Background: She’s a senior marketer with 15+ years’ experience in technology and sporting goods industries with a focus on digital strategy, in-store experience and brand building. She’s always worked closely with retailers and partners (channel marketing is her jam!). She’s built and led teams of up to 8 people and has experience managing managers.

Looking for: She’s keen to transition back into a tech company and ideally a smaller, scaling organization where she is able to be strategic and hands-on.

Title: VP Sales or CRO

Location: Southern Ontario

Diversity: POC, Female-Identifying

Background: She comes from a long history of B2B Enterprise sales (highly technical engineering solutions in the manufacturing space). She currently leads ~100 people (acting similar to a mini-CEO and with full P&L ownership). She’s responsible for product development through to GTM. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and being in the thick of it with her teams.

Looking for: A smaller company (around $20M ARR and 100 employees would be her ideal sweet spot). She loves enterprise selling and direct engagement with customers and would prefer to stay in her industry. She’s keen for autonomy, influence, and a big, challenging build that she can seek her teeth into for years to come.

Title: Engineering Leader

Location: Vancouver but open to relocating to Toronto

Diversity: POC

Background: At his current organization, he’s grown the engineering team from 20-60 engineers. He’s hired engineering managers, built out the process, and set up the team for success.

Looking for: He’s looking for his next challenge because he feels his current org is in a good place now and he wants to do it all over again. He’s also hoping for strong mentorship from a more senior leader, and to have a stronger influence over business outcomes.
