How Will I Make An Impact?

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations will lead the development of scalable processes and programs to empower the marketing team to drive results. It requires an individual with strong technical acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing team to determine how to best reach, educate, close and nurture the buyer. This is a great opportunity for a marketing operations expert to contribute to building one of the savviest B2B marketing machines in the space.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
You are a self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset. As a Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

The design, development and integration of the marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Looker Zoom Webinar, Engagio, Outreach, etc).

Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.

Enabling marketers to build, launch and measure campaigns with the appropriate guardrails and systems for approvals.

Defining, establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

Creating and maintaining global dashboards to report on marketing and sales effectiveness and business impact.

Reporting on pipeline and campaign performance, measure ROI, and ensure no lead is left behind.

Partnering with Sales & BizOps to manage and optimize lead management, scoring, routing and efficient handoff to SalesMonitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database in partnership with operations and analytics teams.

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

7+ years experience in marketing / operations / analytics / bizops or other quantitative roles

5+ years of B2B marketing experience preferred
-
Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce and Looker as well as experience integrating those systems with other martech

Experience managing Marketing Ops process including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping

Works well with Sales Ops and Marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns

Strong analytical skills. Loves working with data. Strong SQL skills a plus

Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
