Who Is VersaPay?

VersaPay is automating the payment space with software to enable faster and more efficient ways to reconcile Accounts Receivable. Like Kleenex is to tissue and Google is to... Google, VersaPay is on a mission to become synonymous with revolutionizing the AR process and creating the new standard in AR Automation.

With BIG growth plans, their mission is to create a sea of change in the way companies manage their Accounts Receivable – from how invoices are crafted and delivered, to how payments are received and accounted for.

With thought leadership, envelope-pushing technology, premier customers, and an amazing team, they are doing just that… They are creating and delivering the new standard in AR Automation.

VersaPay was founded in 2006, went public in 2010 (TSX-V: VPY), and have gone through two rounds of funding worth over $15.5M. The exciting journey doesn't stop there - 2019 and 2020 were monumental years in VersaPay's growth story as Great Hill Partners, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, acquired VersaPay. The acquisition has only added fire to the flame - VersaPay is now able to grow at an accelerated pace and invest heavily in their product and their people!

VersaPay’s core values:

Curiosity – We learn quickly. We ask why…a lot. We love inventing new and better ways

Commitment – We are all-in. We give our best on every assignment

Honesty – We do what we say and say what we mean. We earn the trust that’s placed in us
