How Will I Make An Impact?

​

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for articulating the unique positioning of our products in the B2B2C market through a variety of mediums. Working as part of a cross-functional team you will help educate, engage, and excite our Group Companies for global market success.

  • You love creating optimal integrated marketing plans and developing strategic initiatives that will enhance the Sonova brand.
     

  • You are up to date on the most recent practices and bring your own innovative experiences to help us reach people in new ways.
     

  • You know how to develop a marketing strategy from scratch to help launch a new product.
     

  • You love keeping an eye on all the activities and messages that are part of the communications strategy, and you help create and execute on a multi-platform content strategy.
     

  • You can develop the scope, strategy and briefs for agency that will help us stand out!
     

  • You are excited to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring that the brand identity, reputation and messages are protected and presented strategically and consistently.
     

  • You’re excited to collaborate with digital and MarComm leaders to ensure creative conception and production is developed and delivered on time and on budget, and will advance campaign and organizational goals.
     

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

  • You have strong strategic development and decision-making skills with respect to the use of marketing to achieve organizational objectives.
     

  • You have a background in branding and an advanced understanding of digital behaviour.
     

  • You think about everything, no detail gets missed and you’re always bringing new approaches or initiatives to the table.
     

  • You have good organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
     

  • Most importantly you are a storyteller at heart, you can communicate with anyone and always bring a confident, “can-do” attitude.
