How Will I Make An Impact?

Cloud technology is at the forefront of the changes being made to the Canadian Tire platform. As the leader of the Cloud Operations & Automation team this role will be responsible for the Azure and GCP enterprise cloud platforms as well as the CI/CD developer toolchain. You’ll have the opportunity to coach, lead and manage a team of talented DevOps, Cloud and Automation experts who are building the operational processes and governance controls that sustain the integrity of these platforms.

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

• You have 10+ years experience in IT operations, and 3 of those years working directly with cloud technology

• You’ve been leading technical teams of over 10 people for 5+ years

• You have experience in a large enterprise environment

• You’re experienced with GRC, ITSM and leading reviews with executive audiences

• You know how to manage people and can use goal setting and other techniques to ensure your people and team are operating optimally

• You have a strong understanding of Azure services such as Policy, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Virtual Machines, Data Factory, etc. (An Azure certification would be a plus!)

• You’re experienced with scripting (Powershell, Python)

• You have strong DevOps CI/CD knowledge including the use of Devops tools such as Git, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
