How Will I Make An Impact?

The role of Lead Frontend Developer will report into the Director of Engineering and lead a team of Frontend engineers responsible for building the next generation of products that drive user delight. 

 

This role will be central in Gore Mutual’s technology transformation and you’ll be leading the charge of building and testing new solutions. You’ll work working cross-functionally across the organization and product lines to help create beautiful user experiences.

Do I Have What It Takes? (Requirements)

• You have a degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• You’re experienced at building quality software and have advanced knowledge of Javascript and React

• Innovation is in your bones and you know how to work with UX designers to make a vision come to life

• You’re a master of CSS and HTML5 

• You have B2B and B2C experience

• You’ve built both mobile and web experiences

• You have experience with UX design and graphic design

• You’re a great relationship builder and can communicate with all levels
