How Will I Make An Impact? 

You’ll lead and scale Botpress’s Marketing organization as it moves towards sustained, capital-efficient scale. Reporting to the COO/CFO and partnering closely with the CEO, you’ll set the strategy and operating cadence across product marketing, content, lifecycle, and technical growth. 

You will:

  • Set the strategic direction to help scale a successful marketing engine, and ensure that messaging, reach, and growth strategies evolve with the business. 
  • Build a repeatable, measurable marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline and predictable revenue contribution. 
  • Align product, growth engineering, content, and sales around shared goals, experiments and data with a clear understanding of impact. 
  • Grow a multi-disciplinary marketing org; holding teams to disciplined metrics while preserving speed and curiosity. 
  • Ensure Botpress’s positioning and narrative clearly communicate the unique value of autonomous agents to technical and executive buyers.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 4 Marketing Directors/Leads, each of whom leads an in-person team of 1-8 professionals, from developers to designers. You’ll be responsible for vetting ongoing hires on each of the teams as the company continues to scale. 
How Do I Know If This Is For Me? 
  • You have marketing/growth leadership experience, with strong PLG / B2B / SaaS results.
  • You’re energized by high-growth startups and comfortable operating in a fast, ambiguous environment.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes.
  • You’re data-informed: you design experiments, read funnels, and make decisions based on ROI.
  • You’re a strong communicator who aligns teams and influences across Product, Engineering and Sales.
  • You care about hiring, coaching, and scaling a team with empathy and high standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 
  • Deep marketing experience and a sharp growth mindset, ready to lead across disciplines in a fast-moving software environment.
  • Track record of growing qualified pipeline through PLG channels, where the range from SMB to MidMarket to Enterprise is all relevant. 
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor leaders and teams
  • Comfortable balancing long-term narrative/brand work with short-term demand generation and growth experiments. 
  • Curious, pragmatic, and excited to design repeatable systems and high-velocity learning loops. 

Please note: This is an in-office role, with 5 days per week required onsite at Botpress's Montreal, QC office.
