Technical Product Manager & MindBridge

Who Is MindBridge & How Are They Changing the World

MindBridge is on a mission to bring clarity, speed, and trust to financial data. Their AI-powered platform helps finance professionals and auditors surface anomalies and potential risk in massive datasets. What once took weeks of manual effort is now flagged automatically with the power of machine learning. With growing enterprise adoption and strong backing from PSG, MindBridge is scaling its platform and evolving from its audit-tech roots into a broader financial risk solution.

How Will I Make An Impact?

As a Technical Product Manager, Integrations & Data Platform, you’ll lead how MindBridge connects to the outside world, delivering best-in-class data and workflow integrations with external systems and agent-enabled experiences. You’ll own the evolution of their connectivity layer (APIs, SDKs, standardized connectors) and the patterns that make integrations reliable, governed, and easy to build on. You’ll raise the bar for developer and agent experience with clear contracts, safe tool use, versioning, and telemetry. This is a deeply technical, high-impact role at the center of their platform evolution.

You will:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Design the next generation of connectivity with critical customer systems - spanning ERP, finance, and enterprise data platforms to make data access seamless and secure.
  • Partner with engineering to automate and scale data onboarding, moving away from manual CSV ingestion toward standardized, productized connectivity.
  • Guide the evaluation and adoption of modern data technologies - such as Databricks and related lakehouse frameworks (Spark, Iceberg, Delta Lake) - alongside complementary ETL/iPaaS tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte, Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Ensure data privacy, governance, and multi-tenant security across their SaaS environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Services to deliver smooth, reliable connectivity for enterprise clients.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural choices that enable scalability, agentic integration, and AI-driven innovation.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

This is a great fit if you’re excited to design the backbone of a global AI platform, where every improvement to data connectivity directly accelerates how customers uncover financial insights. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy tackling large-scale data problems, partnering with engineers to design elegant systems, and seeing your work translate into faster, smarter decision-making for thousands of users.

You’re someone who:

  • Enjoys building infrastructure-level products that serve both internal teams and enterprise customers.
  • Can simplify complexity, making data flow seamlessly across multiple systems.
  • Balances technical depth with strong product sense and customer empathy.
  • Values collaboration with engineers, data architects, and go-to-market teams.
  • Is curious about emerging trends like lakehouse architectures, Databricks, and agentic AI, and how they’ll shape the next generation of financial data platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • 5–10 years of product management experience in data platform, integrations, or infrastructure roles.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines (designing, launching, or scaling them).
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks and lakehouse technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Iceberg, Delta Lake, Trino, Parquet) and the ability to evaluate new solutions as part of MindBridge’s evolving architecture.
  • Exposure to ETL/iPaaS tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte, Boomi, MuleSoft) and experience integrating with ERP or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS data architecture, schema evolution, and governance.
  • Familiarity with agentic/AI-driven systems; MCP knowledge a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. Able to align product, engineering, and customer-facing teams around a shared technical vision.
  • Outcome-oriented: measures success by reliability, scalability, and customer impact.
