Staff Engineer / Platform Architect – MindBridge

Who Is MindBridge & How Are They Changing the World

MindBridge is a data and AI-driven platform transforming how organizations approach financial controls, audit, and risk detection. By combining advanced analytics with scalable infrastructure, MindBridge helps enterprises and audit firms surface insights from massive datasets, enabling faster, more accurate decision-making.

As the company evolves into new markets (audit to enterprise finance), it’s investing in building a cohesive platform that connects these systems into a unified, scalable product experience.

How Will I Make An Impact?

You’ll be the connective tissue across MindBridge’s platform, owning how systems, data, and product experiences fit together end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, product thinking, and hands-on engineering.

You’ll work across multiple teams to define scalable, secure, and extensible systems while ensuring the product evolves incrementally and cohesively. Your work will directly influence how large-scale data systems are built, how insights are delivered, and how AI capabilities are integrated into the platform.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You enjoy breaking down complex systems into clear, workable components
  • You think in systems and architecture, not just tools or technologies
  • You like working across teams and aligning technical + business stakeholders
  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping direction
  • You enjoy both high-level design and getting hands-on with code and prototypes
  • You’re energized by data-intensive systems and large-scale problems
  • You value strong communication as much as technical depth
  • You want to influence how a product evolves across multiple markets
  • You’re excited about native AI solutions
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • 10-15+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong backend engineering background (any major language)
  • Experience designing systems handling large-scale data or high-performance workloads
  • Demonstrated system-thinking (breaking problems into architectural building blocks)
  • Experience in product-driven companies
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills (technical + business translation)
  • Strong understanding of scalability, security, and API design principles
  • Experience designing platforms that integrate with agentic AI
