How Will I Make An Impact?
As a Senior Product Manager at Questrade, you’ll own meaningful product areas and drive work that moves the needle. You’ll:

• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data to shape smart, scalable solutions
• Talk to customers regularly to stay close to what matters most
• Prioritize initiatives that improve outcomes - not just outputs
• Use data to inform decisions and track business impact
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term vision

Engagement: Build the habits, features, and pricing strategies that drive retention and revenue

• You’ve built and shipped products that delivered real business results
  
• You’re comfortable working across functions - engineering, design, data, and beyond
  
• You know your way around product analytics tools like Amplitude or Power BI
  
• You’re a clear communicator who can align teams and stakeholders
  
• You think critically, write with purpose, and stay focused on what actually matters
  
• Bonus: You’ve built in fintech or other regulated spaces - but it’s not a dealbreaker
• This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with three in-office days per week for team collaboration
