How Will I Make an Impact?
As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will lead the product-led growth motion across the entire customer journey, from first touch to long-term expansion. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role shaping how thousands of agencies adopt and grow with the platform.
You will:
- Lead growth initiatives across the funnel - improving new customer acquisition, activation, conversion, onboarding, and expansion.
- Identify, size, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities through research, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Design and run experiments (A/B, multivariate, split tests) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Own improvements to their high velocity inbound self-serve funnel (which already nets between 4-6k free trials per month), trial experience, and sales-assist handoffs.
- Partner with engineering, design, product marketing, data, and GTM teams to ship impactful product improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, the Pricing and Monetization Counsel and billing UX where they intersect with the customer experience.
- Track and communicate growth metrics, insights, and learnings in a clear and compelling way.
- Champion product-led growth thinking across the company, influencing decisions at the intersection of product, data, and GTM.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in Growth roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong experimentation and analytics skills, hypothesis-driven and fluent in A/B and multivariate testing.
- Customer-centric thinker with deep empathy for users and the ability to advocate for customer needs.
- Able to blend product intuition with rigorous data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable influencing across functions and seniority.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, PMM, and GTM teams.
