As they build out their growth/acquisition organization under a new data-first, startup-minded Head of Growth, they’re investing in creativity, experimentation, and speed to help tell their story in a modern, performance and data-driven way.
How Will I Make An Impact? 
- Own growth performance forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting across the business.
 
- Build and refine acquisition and financial models to guide investment decisions across paid media, marketing spend, and promotions.
 
- Design and automate dashboards to create a single source of truth for Growth data.
 
- Lead weekly business reviews and OKR meetings, aligning stakeholders on strategy, performance, and key outcomes.
 
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve key growth metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and MER.
 
- Partner closely with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts and integrated planning.
 
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for executives and business partners.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 
- Experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy/ops.
 
- Strong background in financial modelling, data analysis, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Experience with SQL, R, or Python is an asset.
 
- Exposure to statistical modelling, regression analysis, and Monte Carlo methods.
 
- Familiarity with paid media acquisition and experience using incrementality or MMM tools (e.g., Haus, Northbeam).
 
- Proven ability to design and automate dashboards that support business visibility and performance tracking.
 
- Known for strong judgment, prioritization, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
 
- Brings an ownership mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and demonstrates curiosity, precision, and growth orientation.
