How Will I Make An Impact?
  • Architect and execute fully integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products, features, and campaigns - translating business goals into clear audience, message, and channel strategies.
  • Partner across Product, Brand, Legal, Support, and Growth to bring launches to life cohesively and efficiently.
  • Develop crisp, compelling positioning and messaging that resonate with investors and differentiate Questrade in the market.
  • Coach and guide engagement marketers on best practices in GTM planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to drive breakthrough ideas and ensure the right mix across offline and digital channels.
  • Use insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, ensuring measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and customer adoption.
  • Establish clear success metrics, post-launch performance reviews, and feedback loops to refine future strategy.

  • You’re comfortable owning GTM end-to-end, from research and positioning through campaign execution and optimization.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like
  • 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or consumer technology.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, integrated product launches and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, strategic planning, customer insight, creative briefing, and performance measurement.
  • Skilled at inspiring internal teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional work.
  • Experience integrating offline and digital media to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing outcomes to business goals.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leader who enjoys coaching others and building GTM discipline across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA an asset).

  • Introductory meeting with Questrade’s Director, Product Engagement
  • Cross-functional panel interview with key marketing and product stakeholders
  • Final conversation with senior leadership
