How Will I Make An Impact?

As the Senior Manager, Growth Acquisition, you will lead Questrade’s customer acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels. You will play a critical role in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that bring new users into the fold and deliver measurable business results.

  • Own and execute cross-channel acquisition strategies including paid social, search, display, affiliate, email, and more
    Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to analysis
  • Use performance data to inform strategy, testing, and budget allocation
  • Identify and evaluate new channels and tools to expand reach
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, analytics, content, and creative teams to drive alignment and conversion
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketers

  • Experience in acquisition-focused marketing leadership roles
  • Proven success leading and scaling multi-channel acquisition programs
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with testing, experimentation, and performance optimization
  • Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and team leadership
  • Confident communicator who can align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, regulated industries, or high-growth B2C companies

Please note: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week required onsite at Questrade's North York, ON office.

The Process

You will begin with an initial conversation with Artemis, followed by interviews with Questrade’s Director of Growth Marketing and key collaborators across marketing and product. A case or working session may be included to better understand your approach.
