How Will I Make An Impact?

As one of the first dedicated Account Executive at Integrity Advocate, you’ll play a foundational role in scaling our sales efforts. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, and close, with a focus on mid-market certification providers, licensing bodies, and training organizations. Your approach will be deeply consultative, uncovering real needs and aligning our solution to the specific challenges of each prospect.

You’ll become an expert on our platform and how it can support regulatory, compliance, and integrity goals in professional training. Along the way, you’ll use tools like HubSpot to manage a structured pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep deals moving forward. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Account Management and Support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience post-sale.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • A proven B2B SaaS sales professional with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
  • Consultative and relationship-driven in your approach to sales
  • Experienced in the full sales cycle, from discovery to demo to close
  • Comfortable demoing software and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a bias for action and accountability
  • Familiar with managing pipelines and forecasting in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited to contribute beyond just hitting quota
  • Driven by results and energized by the opportunity to outperform in a high-impact, high-reward environment
  • ​​Thrives in unstructured or early-stage environments, with a history of success in startup settings where they had to build as they go

The Process:

After an initial conversation with your Artemis consultant, you'll meet with the Integrity Advocate leadership team in a 3-stage interview process:

  1. An introductory conversation with the CEO and other team members to get to know you and your experience in sales
  2. A short demo assignment where you’ll showcase how you’d approach presenting the Integrity Advocate solution
  3. A deeper dive discussion with the CEO and HR focused on your background, sales approach, and team fit

And of course your Artemis Canada partner, Tara or Alex, will work closely with you throughout every step of the process.
