Project Manager, Scaled Experience – MindBridge

Who Is MindBridge & How Are They Changing the World

MindBridge is an AI-powered financial risk intelligence company helping finance, audit, and accounting teams identify risk, anomalies, control gaps, and opportunities across large volumes of financial data.

Its MindBridge AI platform has analyzed more than 120 billion financial transactions and is used by enterprise finance and audit teams to better understand and act on financial risk. The company is continuing to evolve how it delivers its platform globally, with a particular focus on faster, more scalable, and increasingly AI-enabled customer experiences.

How Will I Make An Impact?

  • Lead complex customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
  • Initially take ownership of one of MindBridge’s largest and most complex European customer implementations, working across multiple countries, business units, stakeholders, and technical workstreams.
  • Work from the UK to provide strong time-zone alignment and responsive support for customers across Europe and surrounding regions.
  • Own project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, scope, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across project management, customer-facing teams, Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, Support, Sales, and Operations.
  • Bring structure and accountability to large enterprise projects involving multiple business units, entities, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, dashboards, documentation, and governance using Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate customer kickoffs, internal planning sessions, status meetings, milestone reviews, and executive steering discussions.
  • Identify risks early and bring forward practical mitigation or resolution options.
  • Help maintain customer confidence while balancing timelines, delivery quality, scope, and competing expectations.
  • Support internal strategic projects related to operational improvement, process optimization, tooling, automation, and scalable service delivery.
  • Work within and provide feedback on evolving project management standards, templates, playbooks, and governance practices.
  • Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve delivery efficiency.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

  • You are comfortable managing projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholder groups, and competing priorities.
  • You communicate proactively and do not wait to be asked for updates.
  • You are comfortable challenging customers and internal stakeholders respectfully when scope, timing, or expectations are at risk.
  • You take ownership of outcomes and do not default to “that is someone else’s job.”
  • You research and attempt to resolve questions before escalating them.
  • You are solution-oriented and bring recommendations rather than only identifying problems.
  • You work well in an environment where organizational structures, processes, and priorities are still evolving.
  • You are comfortable working with direct, globally distributed customers and adapting your communication style across audiences.
  • You are curious about AI and automation, even if you are not an AI builder or developer.
  • You are based in the UK and comfortable supporting customers across European and adjacent time zones.
