How Will I Make An Impact?

You will own the most critical phase of the customer lifecycle: from app download to becoming a funded, active customer. This is a true “Zero to One” product mandate, optimizing onboarding flows, reducing friction, designing seamless KYC experiences, and accelerating Time to First Deposit and Time to First Swipe.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, compliance, engineering, design, data, and finance to reduce drop-off, run experiments, and build activation loops that turn new users into loyal customers. You will own the first 30-day experience and treat the card issuance and activation journey as a key lever in customer engagement.

  • You’ve worked on financial products involving KYC and identity verification.
  • You are comfortable running A/B tests and making data-informed decisions.
  • You enjoy bridging marketing promises with product reality.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly.
  • You can collaborate across compliance, engineering, and growth teams.
  • You care deeply about building intuitive, user-first financial products.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or banking.
  • Direct experience owning onboarding, activation, or KYC flows.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with experimentation and funnel metrics.
  • Experience launching and iterating on digital financial products.
  • Ability to balance compliance requirements with seamless UX.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development.
  • Bonus: familiarity with money movement rails (EFT, Interac) or retail banking logic.
