Through their new Digital Transformation Group (DTG), they’ve launched NEXIA, a groundbreaking intralogistics platform designed to unify hybrid automation environments and empower human-centered workflows. From robotic coordination to real-time analytics, NEXIA is the control tower for modern industrial facilities.
How Will I Make An Impact?
As Product Manager for NEXIA, you’ll take full ownership of the product roadmap, bridging business needs, partner enablement, and customer experience. You’ll define and execute product strategy, translate field insights into product evolution, and work cross-functionally to bring clarity and confidence to deployments.
- Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Design scalable partner enablement strategies and onboarding journeys.
- Support go-to-market efforts with BD and marketing.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to represent NEXIA in the field.
- Drive product clarity across internal and external stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- Proven experience in Product Management or Applications Engineering within Industrial Automation, Robotics, or Manufacturing Technology sectors.
- Deep knowledge of OT/IT convergence, AGV/AMR systems, and industrial software environments.
- Experience owning software roadmaps, enablement strategy, and customer success in a cross-functional setting.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, trade shows, or development hubs.
- Experience having brought a product to market.
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with traffic management or mission control software.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP systems is a strong plus.

- Final stage (2 parts): Assessment and case study
