Who Is Rove Travel & How Are They Changing the World
Rove Travel is a luxury vacation rental and furnished living marketplace rethinking how premium properties are managed and booked. Operating across New York City, The Hamptons, South Florida, and Aspen, Rove brings together a high-touch guest experience with powerful, software-led property management tools. Their long-term vision is ambitious: to build the defining platform for luxury rentals powered by intelligent automation, modern infrastructure, and a deeply product-driven approach while delivering exceptional outcomes for both travelers and property owners.
How Will I Make An Impact?
- Take ownership of large, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end from product discovery and technical design through to production, iteration, and scale
- Move quickly and with purpose, making thoughtful product and technical trade-offs in a low-process, high-trust environment
- Help evolve a legacy JavaScript codebase into a clean, modern, and scalable system, balancing refactors, rewrites, and speed where it matters most
- Transform manual, operations-heavy workflows into durable, software-led systems powered by intelligent automation
- Use AI agents and modern developer tooling as true teammates to meaningfully increase your output and elevate how the entire product team builds
- Build foundational infrastructure and product experiences that power a high-value luxury marketplace serving hundreds of premium properties and partners
