How Will I Make An Impact? 

Reporting to the Director of Production Engineering,

  • You will own the stability, reliability, and day-to-day health of a high-throughput, real-time trading platform, ensuring systems are resilient under pressure.
  • You will operate at the intersection of application support, production engineering, and SRE, partnering closely with engineering, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex production issues.
  • You will lead high-severity incidents end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and driving rapid service restoration when it matters most.
  • You will serve as the clear, trusted voice to leadership during incidents, translating technical issues into concise, confident updates.
  • You will elevate production support practices by refining processes, improving observability, and reducing operational toil through smarter, proactive approaches.
  • You will help mature SRE principles across the organization, including runbooks, incident readiness, and reliability standards.
  • You will act as a key representative of the Production Support function, bringing visibility and alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • You think beyond immediate fixes and are motivated to improve systems, processes, and reliability over time.
  • You’re adaptable and comfortable in environments where priorities shift and issues can arise unexpectedly.
  • You’re open to on-call participation and supporting critical production escalations when needed.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 
  • Strong experience in Production Support, SRE, or Production Engineering within high-availability environments.
  • Background supporting business-critical systems (fintech, trading, banking, or large-scale platforms) where uptime is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead or coordinate high-severity incidents across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Solid technical breadth across cloud environments (GCP preferred), Kubernetes (GKE), Linux, and observability tools (Datadog, Splunk).
  • Experience troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers, with strong systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, automation, incident reviews) and a track record of improving reliability and processes.

Vacancy: This role is a newly created position

Compensation: The base compensation range for this role is $140,000–$160,000, along with a meaningful bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, and a generous vacation package.

  • 30-minute virtual meeting with the hiring manager
  • 1-hour on-site technical interview
  • 30-min conversation with senior leadership
  • References, offer, standard background check
