The Data team sits at the center of the organization, supporting every business line and acting as the backbone for how Priority consumes, transforms, and delivers data.

How Will I Make An Impact?

As a Principal Data Engineer at Priority, you will play a critical role in defining how data is designed, built, and scaled across the organization. This is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for setting architectural direction, establishing best practices, and enabling the business to use data as a strategic asset.

You’ll design and evolve Snowflake-based data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and emerging AI/ML use cases, while mentoring engineers across geographies. This role partners closely with application engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders, and will directly influence Priority’s long-term data strategy as the company expands.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• A senior/principal-level data engineer with deep Snowflake experience
• Comfortable architecting large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong communicator across engineering and business stakeholders
• Experienced working with distributed, global teams
• Able to think both short-term execution and long-term strategy
• Confident mentoring engineers without formal people management
• Familiar with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred)
