Managing Director, Strategic Advisory (Human Experience) - Bond Brand Loyalty

Who Is Bond & How Are They Changing the World?

Bond is a customer intelligence-driven engagement company that helps global brands achieve customer-centric growth. They combine loyalty strategy, technology, data, and marketing services to build customized solutions for leading enterprise clients including brands like Ford, CIBC, Aveda, and more. With deep expertise in loyalty and customer engagement, Bond has built a strong foundation as a trusted partner to complex, enterprise organizations.

Bond is at an exciting inflection point, with ambitious growth plans and a renewed focus on expanding the reach and impact of its work across clients, industries, and solution areas. With new growth leadership in place, increased investment in go-to-market, and a strong foundation of client partnerships, Bond is looking for senior business development leaders who can help shape the next chapter of growth.

How Will I Make An Impact?

Reporting to the SVP, Customer Experience, you’ll lead Bond’s global Human Experience practice across North America and Europe.

You’ll own the substantial P+L of a professional services portfolio and lead a global team of 35–40 people across Canada, the United States, Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

You will:

  • Shape the vision and growth strategy for Bond’s Human Experience practice.
  • Lead work across culture transformation, change readiness, leadership development, learning, enablement, and AI-enabled workforce transformation.
  • Own the portfolio’s revenue, profitability, delivery, resource planning, and growth.
  • Turn successful client work into scalable, market-ready offerings.
  • Help grow the practice from smaller projects into larger, multi-phase transformation programs.
  • Partner with revenue, business development, and account leaders to support new-logo and existing-account growth.
  • Lead senior and C-suite client conversations from day one.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You’ve built your career in management consulting or professional services.
  • You bring deep experience in Human Capital, culture, change, leadership, learning, or workforce transformation.
  • You understand that AI transformation is as much a people challenge as it is a technology challenge.
  • You’ve led complex transformation programs for enterprise clients.
  • You’re comfortable moving between strategy, client leadership, people leadership, and P&L ownership.
  • You know how to turn strong client work into repeatable service offerings.
  • You’ve led senior leaders and can coach, challenge, and develop experienced teams.
  • You want more direct ownership and impact than a traditional consulting role may offer.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • Significant management consulting or professional services experience.
  • A track record of developing, productizing, and commercializing new services.
  • Deep expertise in Human Capital, Human Experience, culture, change, leadership, learning, or workforce strategy.
  • Experience leading complex, external client transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a P&L, practice, portfolio, or business unit.
  • Senior people leadership experience, ideally including directors or senior directors.
  • Strong C-suite presence, commercial judgment, and experience navigating complex organizations.
