How Will I Make An Impact?

As Manager, Pricing Strategy - Secured Lending, you are the business lead driving the commercial success of the portfolio

You own the value proposition - defining how rate, fee, and policy come together to create a compelling offer for mortgage brokers

You will:

  • Act as the analytical engine behind product strategy
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to pull pricing and promotion levers tied to P&L targets
  • Serve as strategic advisor to Finance on volume forecasts
  • Work alongside Sales to design tactical promotional campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and assess market levers at play
  • Manipulate large datasets in Excel to drive insights (advanced Excel non-negotiable)
  • This is not an execution-only analyst role. You must explain the “why” behind performance and connect results back to pricing strategy
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You’ve spent 6+ years in financial services, specifically mortgage lending
  • You understand broker channel economics deeply
  • You’re comfortable being the conduit between business and FP&A
  • You can connect pricing decisions directly to volume and P&L outcomes
  • You are highly analytical and advanced in Excel (large dataset manipulation)
  • You prefer owning strategy vs executing tickets
  • You operate with a bias for action and ownership mindset
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • 6+ years in financial services, with mortgage lending experience
  • Deep broker channel knowledge
  • Strong commercial acumen in lending economics
  • Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to link pricing strategy to business outcomes
  • Proven experience collaborating with Finance and Sales
  • Bias for action, ownership, collaborative mindset
