How Will I Make An Impact?

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Prospect Nurturing, you will lead the design and execution of lifecycle campaigns that guide prospects through Questrade’s acquisition funnel, from first interaction to becoming loyal customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping personalized, data-driven marketing journeys that drive conversion and deliver measurable impact.

  • Develop and execute cross-channel prospect engagement strategies including email, SMS, platform messaging, and triggered communications
  • Design and optimize customer journeys that reflect prospect behavior and stage in the decision-making process
  • Define KPIs, testing frameworks, and messaging strategies that accelerate lead-to-customer conversion
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, content, and marketing operations teams to deliver seamless and consistent messaging
  • Use data and insights to refine campaign performance and inform marketing strategy
  • Ensure all communications align with Questrade’s brand voice and enhance the customer experience

Your impact will be measured by improvements in acquisition funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and contribution to business-line P&L.

  • You thrive in environments that reward innovation, curiosity, and humility

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • A track record of success and experience in CRM, CBM, or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of email, SMS, and marketing automation platforms (Braze experience is a bonus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, product, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Bonus: Experience working in the investment industry, or with financial services products
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Please note: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week required onsite at Questrade's North York, ON office

The Process

You will begin with an initial conversation with Artemis, followed by interviews with Questrade’s Director of Growth Marketing and key collaborators across marketing and product. A case or working session may be included to better understand your approach.
