How Will I Make An Impact?

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Active Trader Engagement, you will develop and lead Questrade’s lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen engagement with one of the company’s most valuable customer segments, Active Traders. You will create personalized, data-driven campaigns that empower sophisticated investors to maximize their experience with Questrade’s products.

  • Own and execute multi-channel engagement strategies including email, SMS, in-platform messaging, and triggered customer journeys
  • Leverage behavioral data and performance analytics to inform strategy, content, and campaign optimization
  • Define goals, KPIs, segmentation models, and testing frameworks to deliver tailored experiences that drive trader satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing operations, and creative teams to build integrated campaigns with clear business impact
  • Design innovative behavioral triggers and in-moment communications that enhance the customer journey and boost platform activity
  • Advocate for the voice of the Active Trader internally, shaping marketing plans that align with their needs and elevate their experience

  • You’ve built and scaled lifecycle or CRM marketing programs that deepen customer engagement
  • You’re passionate about customer behaviour and know how to use insights to drive personalization
  • You enjoy partnering across teams and functions to bring ideas to life
  • You’re a strong communicator who enjoys both strategy and execution
  • You believe in experimentation, measurement, and constant iteration

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • CRM, lifecycle, or engagement marketing experience, ideally in fintech, regulated industries, or high-growth B2C companies
  • Proven success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive retention, engagement, and loyalty
  • Deep understanding of data and CRM tools to inform strategy and performance
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of delivering results
  • Bonus: Experience working with active investors, in the investment industry, or with financial services products

Please note: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week required onsite at Questrade's North York, ON office

You will begin with an initial conversation with Artemis, followed by interviews with Questrade’s Director of Growth Marketing and key collaborators across marketing and product. A case or working session may be included to better understand your approach.
