How Will I Make An Impact?
Product Leads at Questrade are responsible for shaping and scaling the products that drive growth and power investment experiences. As a cross-functional leader, you’ll:

• Set and communicate a bold product vision that aligns with company goals
• Coach and support PMs, ensuring they’re resourced and focused
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from research and roadmapping to shipping and iteration
• Partner with design, engineering, legal, and compliance to build safe and seamless experiences
• Collaborate with data and strategy teams to inform product decisions
• Navigate complex trade-offs and make high-quality decisions that balance customer needs with business priorities

We're hiring across several high-impact teams - you may be considered for more than one role:

Growth: From acquisition to onboarding, you’ll drive initiatives that improve conversion, simplify funding, and activate new users.

Active Trader: You’ll lead products for high-volume traders, improving margin and options trading, building advanced tools, and delivering features that create a competitive edge.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• You’ve led product at a senior level - whether as a PM, founder, or cross-functional operator
• You’ve managed and developed other PMs, and know how to create clarity and momentum across teams
• You’ve shipped complex, high-stakes products that made a measurable impact
• You’re a strong communicator who brings others along - through docs, decisions, and direction
• You lead with customer insight, and ground product bets in both data and research
• Bonus: you’ve built in fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or other highly regulated environments
• This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with three in-office days per week for team collaboration
