How Will I Make An Impact?

You will be the technical backbone of enterprise implementations - translating complex customer data environments into scalable, repeatable solutions that drive faster time-to-value. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, data engineering, and delivery, helping standardize how MindBridge deploys its platform while still supporting hands-on execution. You’ll directly reduce implementation risk, improve consistency, and help shape the long-term operating model for how MindBridge scales its enterprise delivery motion.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Implementation, or Technical Consulting
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS/data platform implementations
• Strong SQL and Python skills and comfort working hands-on with data + transformation
• Exposure to ERP / financial datasets (i.e., ledger, AR/AP, subledger)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and architecture decisions
• Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
• Experience creating implementation playbooks and standards

The Process:

• Intro call with Artemis Canada
• Hiring Manager interview
• Take-home assignment + cross-functional panel interview
• HR/Culture interview 

Location: Remote (EST hours)
Compensation: $127K–$146K base + bonus + equity
