How Will I Make An Impact?

As Head of Investing Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of bold, integrated marketing strategies that accelerate growth and solidify Questrade’s position as a trusted leader in digital investing. You will oversee brand, acquisition, product marketing, and communications, ensuring every customer touchpoint is compelling, compliant, and consistent.

  • Own and lead the marketing vision for Questrade’s full suite of investment products and services
  • Build integrated programs across brand, product, performance, and content marketing to drive market share and deepen customer trust
  • Champion Questrade’s brand and value proposition with narratives that stand out in a competitive landscape
  • Design and deliver customer acquisition campaigns that blend data-driven performance with breakthrough creative
  • Partner with product, tech, sales, and CX leaders to align marketing strategies with business priorities
  • Analyze trends, customer insights, and performance data to continually improve marketing effectiveness
  • Lead a high-performing team of marketing leaders and foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
    Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize impact and ROI
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency across all messaging and channels

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • A strong track record of progressive marketing experience in the financial services industry, particularly within digital investing or brokerage
  • Proven success leading brand, product, and acquisition marketing functions
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and analytics
  • Excellent communicator and executive-level influencer
  • Deep understanding of financial services regulation and compliance
  • Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

Please note: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week required onsite at Questrade's North York, ON office

You will begin with an initial conversation with Artemis, followed by interviews with the Head of Questrade and key collaborators across marketing and product. A case or working session may be included to better understand your approach.
