Founding Product Manager - Keplar

Who Is Keplar & How Are They Changing the World?

What if businesses could truly understand their customers, at scale?

Keplar is reimagining market research for an AI-native world, helping companies move beyond traditional surveys and slow, expensive research cycles to uncover the why behind customer behaviour.

Already trusted by household names you know and love, including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble (P&G), The Home Depot and Asana, Keplar's end-to-end insights platform combines natural, human-like voice conversations, agentic analysis and AI-powered research to help enterprise teams turn thousands of customer conversations into deeper insights and faster, more confident decisions.

Backed by Kleiner Perkins and a group of leading early-stage investors, Keplar is taking on an industry that's ripe for reinvention. Their approach has already caught the attention of TechCrunch, which featured the company in Kleiner Perkins-backed voice AI startup Keplar aims to replace traditional market research.

And they're just getting started.

Keplar is fundamentally rethinking how research gets done. By combining the depth of qualitative conversations with the scale of quantitative research, they're building a future where AI agents take on increasingly complex workflows, insights become accessible across entire organizations, and businesses can be genuinely customer-obsessed.

The ambition is bigger than making research faster or more affordable. It's about changing how companies learn, make decisions and stay connected to the people they serve.

How Will I Make An Impact?
  • Choose the bets that matter. Keplar is moving quickly, with ambitious ideas, evolving customer needs and new technical possibilities emerging every day. You'll bring customers, founders and engineering together around the opportunities that have the greatest potential to change how businesses understand people. The goal isn't to ship everything. It's to know what's worth building, and why.
  • Get close to the people behind the insights. Work directly with enterprise customers, from sophisticated research teams to global marketing organizations, to understand their challenges, uncover patterns and translate what you learn into thoughtful product decisions. You'll develop a deep understanding of the people, workflows and business problems Keplar is solving.
  • Help reimagine an entire industry. Explore how natural conversations, a growing repository of insights and AI agents can transform market research from a slow, project-based process into something businesses can learn from continuously. You'll help identify where automation creates meaningful leverage, and where human expertise and judgment remain essential.
  • Turn customer demand into a product that scales. As Keplar grows, so does the complexity of customer needs, requests and commitments. You'll look beyond individual asks to identify recurring problems, uncover broader opportunities and help shape solutions that create lasting value across the platform.
  • Bring clarity without slowing the momentum. With ambitious customers, a highly capable engineering team and founders moving quickly, there's no shortage of ideas or opportunities to pursue. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders around clear priorities and help the team maintain its pace while building products customers genuinely value.
  • Have a seat at the table where the big decisions happen. As Keplar's first dedicated Product Manager, you'll partner closely with founders Dhruv and Will, develop a strong point of view on the product and progressively own increasingly consequential decisions. You'll earn the trust and autonomy to shape product direction, with the judgment to make the right calls even when the founders aren't in the room.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You're energized by the early stages of building a company: meaningful customer traction, a small and ambitious team, complex problems to solve and the opportunity to help establish the playbook rather than inherit one.
  • You believe great product management is as much about knowing what not to build as knowing what to build. You can distinguish what's technically possible from what's genuinely valuable, and you're comfortable making the trade-offs that follow.
  • You're deeply curious about people and how they work. You enjoy getting into the details with customers just as much as you enjoy working through complex product and technical decisions with engineers.
  • You believe AI should fundamentally change what people can accomplish, rather than simply make existing workflows faster. You care about the quality of the insights, the customer's trust and the outcomes the product enables.
  • You have strong opinions, loosely held. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, making decisions with imperfect information and adapting your thinking when new evidence emerges.
  • You're motivated by meaningful ownership, proximity to important decisions and the opportunity to build something exceptional, rather than a larger team, an established roadmap or a more impressive title.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • A proven 0→1 product builder. You've taken ambiguous customer problems from initial discovery through to products in customers' hands, ideally within a small, fast-moving startup. You understand what it takes to build with limited resources, shifting priorities and high expectations.
  • Technically fluent, with strong product instincts. You can engage deeply with engineers, understand architectural trade-offs and connect emerging technical capabilities to real customer value. A background in software engineering followed by a transition into product would be particularly interesting.
  • An exceptional product thinker. You can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details. You've demonstrated sound judgment in evaluating competing opportunities, challenging assumptions, setting priorities and making difficult trade-offs.
  • Credible and confident with enterprise customers. You're curious, articulate and commercially aware, with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated stakeholders. You listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and know how to uncover the underlying problem behind a customer request.
  • Someone who sees opportunities where others see manual work. You understand complex workflows and can recognize where software, AI agents and automation can create meaningful leverage, while appreciating the role of human expertise and judgment.
  • A builder who makes things happen. You're resourceful, intellectually curious and biased toward action. You're comfortable operating without unnecessary process, moving seamlessly between enterprise customer conversations, strategic product decisions and hands-on experimentation. You bring both the ambition to think big and the discipline to execute.
