In this role you will:
Whether you join as an Executive Recruitment Associate, Consultant or a more senior Executive Recruiter (we’re open to all these paths, by the way), your role will have a built-in path for learning and continuing to take on more ownership and autonomy. This includes learning about the Artemis way, and how to lead recruitment across a greater variety of roles, levels, and domains.
As you develop expertise and experience, you'll lead candidate recruitment and assessment, support client relationships, and advise on hiring decisions.

This is a new role for Artemis as we build out our team, based on market demand. We offer a competitive total compensation package, including base salary and a performance-driven commission structure with meaningful upside. Benefits start on day one, and we operate with a high degree of flexibility.We’re remote-friendly, with an office in Waterloo for those who prefer in-person collaboration. For local team members, we typically come together in-office once per week. We're also comfortable with this role being remote, with quarterly full-team events, and other visits to Waterloo (when possible, depending on location).
