How Will I Make an Impact?

You will lead Priority’s AI Innovation Lab and own the end-to-end lifecycle of applied AI initiatives—from identifying high-leverage opportunities to deploying production-grade systems and measuring ROI.

In this role, you’ll guide teams building AI agents that automate engineering and operations workflows, embed AI into core products, and deliver tangible gains in productivity, efficiency, and risk mitigation. You’ll work closely with executive, product, and data leaders to ensure AI efforts are tightly aligned with Priority’s strategic objectives while setting the bar for responsible AI and MLOps at scale.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Own the full AI innovation pipeline, from opportunity identification through production deployment and ROI measurement
  
• Lead the design and implementation of AI agents that automate software development workflows and improve engineering productivity
  
• Lead the design and implementation of AI agents that automate operations workflows, reducing manual effort and operational friction
  
• Partner with product, data, and risk teams to deliver models supporting credit risk prediction, fraud detection, and dynamic pricing optimization
  
• Establish and scale a center of excellence for responsible AI, experimentation, MLOps, and system evaluation
  
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business strategy and platform priorities

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• You have experience in software engineering or data science, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management
  
• You have a proven ability of translating AI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI into high-impact business solutions
  
• You have experience scaling AI prototypes into robust, production-grade systems, ideally within fintech or high-volume enterprise environments
  
• You are a strong cross-functional leader with experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and Data Science, including executive-level influence
  
• You have exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and business trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
