Director of Sales, Integrity Advocate

Who Is Integrity Advocate & How Are They Changing the World?

Integrity Advocate is on a mission to bring integrity to online learning to make the world a safer place. As the only no-installation, device-agnostic identity verification, participation monitoring, and exam proctoring solution on the market, they’ve helped training organizations, associations, certifying bodies, and corporations ensure that their online learning is credible and secure. With over 10 years in business, they've never lost a client to a competitor and are known for being the only no installation solution on the market which has led to them leading the industry in terms of the percentage of users seeking support.

How Will I Make An Impact?

In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function at Integrity Advocate, leading both strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for building a scalable and repeatable sales motion while staying close to the work, actively leading deals and setting the tone for a strong sales culture. You'll focus on building strong relationships with decision-makers, earning trust through expertise, and helping clients solve meaningful challenges - not just hitting outreach targets. As the team grows, you’ll focus on hiring, mentoring, and supporting a small group of high-performing sales professionals, ensuring clear goals and accountability. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product to align go-to-market efforts and share insights from the field that help shape messaging and product development. With a thoughtful and data-driven approach, you’ll manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance, using tools like HubSpot to improve efficiency. As the business evolves, you’ll stay tuned into market trends and competitive activity, continually refining strategy to drive results.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

  • You thrive in early-stage environments where your work has a tangible impact, and you’re excited by the chance to shape the sales function from the ground up.
  • You’ve led a sales team before, but you’re just as comfortable jumping in on deals yourself
  • You’re energized by autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to lead growth
  • You’re confident in your sales instincts but data-driven in your decision-making
  • Your approach to sales is consultative - you listen first, understand client needs deeply, and offer solutions that create long-term value and trust.
  • You value mission-driven work and want to contribute to a company making a difference
  • You’re looking for a flexible, remote-first culture with a tight-knit, high-performing team

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals
  • Experience selling solutions in the $50K+ range and navigating multi-month sales cycles (typically ~5 months)
  • Experienced in building and scaling sales teams, with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to to close
  • A player-coach who leads by example and knows when to step in to move a deal forward
  • Skilled in aligning sales with product and marketing, bringing insights back to shape strategy
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong handle on forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator who builds trust with clients, colleagues, and direct reports
  • Proficient with sales tools and platforms like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft
