How Will I Make An Impact?
- Define and lead the platform product strategy underpinning QFG’s digital banking ecosystem
- Own critical infrastructure including onboarding, origination, account services, and internal platforms
- Drive end-to-end product execution from strategy and planning through launch and optimization
- Partner closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations teams
- Translate customer and business needs into scalable, reliable platform capabilities
- Own measurable business outcomes and communicate progress to senior leadership

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- 8+ years of experience leading digital product management in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Deep experience with core banking platforms, financial services infrastructure, or internal systems
- Strong understanding of onboarding, origination, account services, or developer platforms
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing product teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases and P&L ownership
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge the status quo, and drive change
- Experience partnering closely with engineering on complex platform initiatives
