Director of Product Management - MindBridge

Who Is MindBridge & How Are They Changing the World

MindBridge is a Canadian AI company transforming how organizations understand and manage financial risk. With a decade of experience applying AI and machine learning to complex financial data, MindBridge helps enterprise finance teams and audit professionals identify anomalies, uncover risks, and generate insights that traditional financial systems can miss.

Now, MindBridge is entering an exciting new chapter. As AI reshapes how organizations operate, the company is evolving its core analytics platform to become more accessible, integrated, and valuable across a much broader ecosystem of enterprise applications and intelligent workflows.

How Will I Make An Impact?
  • Lead the product strategy and evolution of MindBridge's core AI analytics platform, which powers its enterprise finance and audit solutions and creates opportunities for broader market expansion.
  • Drive the transformation of sophisticated AI and analytics capabilities into scalable, accessible, and commercially valuable platform experiences.
  • Shape how the platform can be consumed by customers, technology partners, and AI-powered applications through integrations, APIs, and emerging agentic workflows.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Product leadership to establish priorities, make investment trade-offs, and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Take a hands-on role in product discovery, experimentation, prototyping, and roadmap development, bringing an AI-native perspective to how products are built.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of product managers while collaborating with senior product peers to strengthen product practices, technical decision-making, and cross-functional execution.
  • Bring fresh perspectives from mature software organizations, helping shape how MindBridge's product function operates as the business continues to evolve.
How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
  • You're an experienced product leader who still loves building. You enjoy setting strategy, but you're equally energized by getting close to the technology, customers, and work.
  • You're excited about the next generation of AI-powered software and actively exploring how AI, intelligent agents, and new development tools are changing product experiences.
  • You’re actively leaning into becoming AI-native - experimenting with AI tools and agents, rethinking how you work, and bringing what you learn into your product practice.
  • You enjoy technically complex products and can comfortably engage with engineering and data science teams on architecture, integrations, large-scale data, and platform capabilities.
  • You see the opportunity in joining a smaller, growing organization where you can have significant influence without layers of hierarchy.
  • You're a collaborative leader who enjoys learning from peers, sharing what you've learned, and helping others succeed.
  • You're comfortable operating in an evolving environment, balancing long-term product vision with the practical realities of execution.
Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
  • B2B software product management experience, including significant ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery.
  • Experience leading a team, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and elevate product managers.
  • Product experience across multiple enterprise software organizations, ideally including exposure to a larger or mature product environment.
  • A strong technical foundation and experience with complex enterprise platforms, AI-enabled products, large-scale analytics, or data-intensive software.
  • Demonstrated success taking products or platform capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
  • Strong product discovery, prioritization, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Genuine curiosity and hands-on engagement with modern AI technologies, including an understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and implications for product development.
  • Experience with enterprise financial software, risk, audit, compliance, or adjacent domains is an asset, but not required.
