How Will I Make An Impact?
- Define and scale QuestBank’s product operating system across multiple autonomous teams
- Establish standards for planning, delivery, quality, and launch readiness in a regulated environment
- Embed risk, compliance, and regulatory rigor directly into product development workflows
- Act as a strategic advisor to Product Leaders while holding authority to set and enforce standards
- Build and lead a high-impact Product Enablement function and team that supports long-term scale
- Ensure teams move fast together, not just individually

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- 8–10+ years in product operations, product enablement, or product leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling product organizations in high-growth or transformation environments
- Background in fintech, digital banking, or another highly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Lean delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated success implementing product standards, governance, and operating models
- Proven people leadership experience, including hiring and scaling teams
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and senior leaders
- Experience with QA, UAT, release management, or launch readiness frameworks
- Experience in venture-backed or high-velocity startups
