How Will I Make An Impact? 

In this role, you’ll shape Wagepoint’s partnerships organization by creating the structure and operating rhythm that support long-term growth. By building thoughtful systems, playbooks, and performance standards, you’ll enable Partner sales team members to deliver a high-quality, repeatable experience across a growing partner ecosystem. As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop the team, set clear expectations, and continuously refine how the partner motion operates as it grows. Your work will directly support partner-led client acquisition, accelerate adoption of Wagepoint’s 2.0 platform, and lay the foundation for sustainable, long-term growth as Wagepoint continues to scale.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like: 

  • Depth of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or B2B revenue leadership
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner programs, ideally within SMB, SaaS, or fintech ecosystems
  • Experience working with accounting, bookkeeping, or adjacent professional‑services channels is a strong asset
  • Strong people leader with experience managing, developing, and holding teams accountable
  • Deep systems thinker with a track record of building playbooks, processes, and operating cadence from scratch
  • High business acumen with comfort owning acquisition, expansion, and partner performance metrics
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level during periods of change
