A successful Director at Neo is a charismatic, motivating, outgoing leader with expertise in management and in building software. We’re looking for someone proactive yet pragmatic, who takes initiative, manages multiple priorities, and is the benchmark for effective execution at Neo.
As a Director of Engineering, you will take ownership over one or more entire product areas, and have oversight over multiple engineering teams and ongoing projects.

You own delivery end-to-end: planning, testing, launching, and operating resilient software. Coaching & Collaboration
You’re both a coach and a builder, mentoring managers and senior engineers, setting high performance bars, and creating a culture of constant improvement. You make collaboration across teams seamless, and you help people connect the dots between their work and Neo’s bigger mission.
