How Will I Make An Impact?

As the Developer Community Manager, you will:

  • Build and grow a thriving developer ecosystem around Motion Gestures’ SDK and platform.

  • Serve as the primary connection between the developer community and internal product/engineering teams—ensuring open communication, quick support, and continuous feedback loops.

  • Create and manage opportunities for engagement—meetups, hackathons, workshops, and online forums—that inspire creativity and collaboration.

  • Develop, curate, and share technical content, from tutorials to deep-dive documentation, helping developers unlock the full potential of the SDK.

  • Champion developer needs internally, influencing product roadmaps and prioritization to create a best-in-class developer experience.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

Technical Proficiency – Solid understanding of SDKs, APIs, and relevant technologies; comfortable with developer tools and workflows.

Community Management Experience – Proven success building, scaling, and sustaining online and offline technical communities.

Content Creation Skills – Ability to produce high-quality tutorials, videos, documentation, and developer-facing resources.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Clear, engaging written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Project Management – Skilled in organizing events, initiatives, and community programs end-to-end.

Empathy & Advocacy – Deep respect for developer perspectives; ability to translate community feedback into actionable product insights.
