How Will I Make An Impact?
- Act as the data expert within new customer implementations, partnering with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Data Scientists and customer technical teams.
- Own the technical data workstream—from understanding the customer’s source data through transformation, ingestion and validation within MindBridge.
- Develop and improve repeatable approaches, documentation, and technical assets supporting customer data transformation, ingestion, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot complex data, mapping and integration challenges and help create practical, lasting solutions.
- Develop reusable templates, documentation and technical artifacts that make future implementations more efficient.
- Bring real customer learnings back to Product and contribute to MindBridge’s evolving AI and agentic workflow initiatives.
- Help the team create a faster, more scalable path from implementation to customer value.

- You can explain technical issues clearly when customers or internal partners need your expertise, without needing to own every meeting or project plan.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- Brings 5+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience, with some flexibility for someone whose experience is otherwise highly relevant.
- Is comfortable using Python and SQL to extract, shape, transform and validate structured or semi-structured datasets.
- Has practical experience building or improving ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Has worked with APIs, integrations and varied data sources, formats or schemas.
- Has experience in a software, technology, consulting or customer implementation environment.
- Can participate confidently in technical customer conversations when their expertise is needed.
- Exposure to Databricks or PySpark would be helpful, but is not required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Sage would be an asset.
- Financial-data, accounting or audit exposure is valuable, but MindBridge is open to strong transferable experience.
- Interest in future technical mentorship or people leadership would be a bonus, not a requirement.
